Work looks great, communication was really good. Surprised cost came in so much higher than initial estimate. Over 30% above. Said due to cost for parts. Insurance settled but had i been a cash customer that would have been a harder pill

Pete was excellent to deal with, he really went to bat with the insurance companies for us to get quality parts that fit. It is a rare thing these days to find people with enough pride in the process and finished product to go the extra mile. My husband is in the industry on the mechanical side, so we know what kind of difference quality parts make. The paint matching and finish were perfect, and the vehicle was clean with no dust or fumes. First Aid should be everyone’s first call.
