Staff was very friendly, work was great. Communication was not so good. (Between Insurance Co, Rental Car and Office) Nobody was on the same page. Maybe Insurance co fault....who knows

they were a 10 with politeness and manners. The 8 was the confusion of not knowing what was going on. The rental car and insurance co said that they didn't receive paperwork or phone calls on updates that was said to have been sent. Everyone was super nice otherwise....just passing on feedback

I was a Myers customer for years and was a little hesitant about the change in ownership, but my experience could not have been better. From my initial call, Joey was polite, efficient and eager to earn my business. He and Pete were great in sorting out the insurance complexities. They got to my vehicle promptly and completed the repairs on the timeline that was promised. Through a little insurance adjustment when they discovered some underlying damage, they stayed in constant communication and resolved any issues in a timely and seamless manner.
