I was disappointed the first time I saw my Subaru in the parking lot — and became more and more disappointed as I got inside. I didn’t even look at the repair that was done in detail at all. My car was in your shop more than 3 weeks and was paid a lot of money - I was expecting that it would have got washed. Maybe the windshield at least wiped. The end presentation of how my car looked when it was handed to me - took away any good quality repair you might of done to it. The first time I brought my car to you - my car was cleaned inside and out as if it was detailed. I was so impressed of First Collision then.
