Again, only complaint was the amount of time it took. To push things along (at times), I needed to intervene between the shop and the insurance adjuster.

Mike is pleasant to work with and the GM, Amy, is very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. She takes the time to call you and explain. It appears they did a good job with the work that needed to be done on the car. From what I can tell (from the outside), it looks like a new car. The only "complaint" I have is the amount of time it took to get my car repaired (40 days). They tell me it is a process that is very reliant on payment approval from the insurance company and/or a 3rd party and until they see that approval they will not release the car.

First Aid collision and all of their employees went above and beyond while my car was in the shop. They were very consistent with all the updates throughout the repair process. Not only did they get the job done, they managed to keep a good line of communication opened and answered all the questions and concerns I had during the whole process. They have a great team at First Aid Collision. Nothing bad to say! 10 out of 10 recommend👍

First Aid was recommended to me by my dad who is very happy with the work that they did on his car and I have been very happy with the work that they did on my car. They were great at explaining the whole process and kept me informed throughout and my car looks great. It was remarkably clean when I got it back and looks brand new. I hope I don’t need to use first aid again but I know they do a great job if I needed them.
