The whole process was smooth and complete. I spoke with Sebastian a couple of times because the part was delayed from the dealer. I also had a few conversations over the phone with the staff ladies in the office. The phone conversations with Carmen and the really nice treatment from them during the visit to the facility were very pleasant and professional. I will recommend this business to anyone seeking automotive / collision repair to everyone! This facility is super clean and neat.

The trim at the small window on the rear door was not installed correctly and I’m concerned it could leak when it rains. Something was sprayed on the passenger side windows which made it very difficult to see out of, and there was still some highlighter marks on my car that were not cleaned off.
