On my way home, the car developed noises which sound like something rubbing or hitting in the front end. I need to return the car, which means more time without a vehicle, and the added cost of getting a ride share to get home.

Considering I had to return it twice, I will not recommend Fix.

I had to return my car 2 times after it was "fixed". When I initially went to pick it up, it looked great, you could never tell it had been damaged. But when I was half way home, and in an area where I was able ti get past 40 MPH, noises started coming from the front of the car. I had to return the next day, and learned the fender liner had not been properly installed. Then my son drove it that night. When he returned, he told me the headlight and blinker on the "fixed" side were not working. So I had to return again. It was surmised that the wire came loose when they fixed the fender liner. So inconvenienced 2 additional days, driving 25 minutes each way = almost 2 extra wasted hours.

The 2 women in the office are both very professional and know their jobs well, so they get high points. But I'm not at all satisfied with having to return my car for additional fixes twice.

I am very much satisfied of their work. I specifically like the promptness of their work. My Honda was originally was scheduled to ready at November 15 but they finished working 15 days earlier. The front desk was very friendly. Thanks you very much.
