My experience was amazing. From scheduling drop off, being kept informed, the friendliness of the workers to my car looking like it was never hit. The best part is they returned it cleaner than i dropped it off. After a rough week, that really made my day.

The back area has a rattling noise and it sounds like something hits when going through certain areas on streets. It's not the spare tire as you had thought amd mentioned when the car was picked up.

I had a great experience at Fix Auto Anaheim. They repaired the front grille on my Mercedes GLC 43 AMG, and the work came out excellent. Erika was great with communication over the phone and kept me informed throughout the process. Daisy was friendly and welcoming at the front desk, Mike answered all of my questions and made everything easy to understand, and Carlos was an outstanding manager who made sure everything was handled professionally. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth.
