I picked up my 2014 Honda Accord on Friday, July 10, 2026, at approximately 3:30 p.m. After inspecting the vehicle more closely, I noticed a few workmanship concerns, including a gap at the rear passenger-side bumper/quarter panel, a slight misalignment where the rear quarter panel was not flush, and a few small paint drips. On Monday, July 13, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m., I returned to Fix Auto Anaheim North and spoke with Carlos. I left my vehicle with the shop, and when I picked it up around 3:00 p.m., Carlos and his team had corrected the issues to my satisfaction. I appreciate their professionalism, their willingness to stand behind their lifetime workmanship warranty, and their prompt efforts to resolve my concerns.
