I would love for more communication or updates on the timeline of finishing. I do understand certain parts were received incorrect. However, I did have to keep calling for extensions on my enterprise rental.

Two issues. The repairs took longer than expected causing me to have to come out of pocket for a rental car. The vehicle was delivered to me with the electric vehicle equivalent of a check engine light on. Needed to immediately have the car serviced to correct electrical issues and they were supposed to be a Rivian certified repair shop.

You guys are a Top 2 body shop in Orange County, and you aren't #2. Dave the estimator dude was great. The ladies at the front were professional, accommodating, and communicative. The gentleman that delivered the car was amazing. This is the third time we've brought a car to this shop, and it will be the only shop we ever use. My only feedback would be that I could hear a guy in one of the back offices that was all fired up about something. The language coming out of that room would not be something that a parent would want to hear if they had children in the waiting area. Once he was off the phone, he started telling someone else about the call, and the language was even worse. Maybe close the door next time... Makes no nevermind to me. It's just feedback if you want to elevate your game.
