They update customers about the repairing process. Employees are friendly , their work quality is excellent, Andrew the manager is fun to talk . This is my 3rd time to come to fix Auto Anaheim ( for my wife, my daughter‘s and mine) . I will recommend FAA to any one who seeks quality work. I ave been in Fix Auto Anaheim with my family’s cars . Great follow up mechanism notifying all the steps they are doing so that able to plan ahead when my car read for pick up. They treat me with dignity Andrew the manager is fun to talk and take everything seriously Over all I have very good experiance with them I suggest others to use the shop

In person your staff was great. However, I had asked 3 times for a quote on extra work I wanted to get done before someone actually got back to me. The quote in my opinion was too high. I waited for over 7 weeks for my truck to be ready to be worked on.

My rear driver side back tire is showing the inner metal wire of the tire and it was sent to get an alignment that way . I even informed to pass the info before I turn the car in for repair but was never pass on , tire is about to blow out

Fix Auto did an amazing job on the repair. Looks like new. Even took care of other minor scuffs as a courtesy. Washed my car too. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Always in the know. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
