The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful throughout the process. They completely handled dealing with the insurance company. They completely arranged a rental car for me. Even arranged transportation to pck the rental up. They also handled the return of the rental car. They were actually more up on repairs, claims, etc. than the insurance company. Hugo, my technician was also excellent. He kept me informed every step along the way. He couldn't have been more helpful and informative. Repair work itself was excellent. Car looked good as new - or better! Overall a very positive experience all around. Would highly recommend Fix Auto at this location to anyone, with no hesitation.
