Communication was great from start to finish. Faculty was really nice - and the facility was spotless. My tire inflation went off immediately went off after leaving pick up of vehicle - and was promptly addressed when I brought back. Alignment does seem off I just haven’t had the time to go back. I was very pleased with my experience.

Fix Auto Anaheim North should be the gold standard for all auto repair shops. First, the shop is modern, beautiful, and state of the art. The front office gals are polite, great listeners, and are effective at taking and conveying information, Upon dropping off my car and waiting to speak to a collision expert, I was able to enjoy coffee from their impressive coffee station. The collision expert reviewed all documentation, gave me an approximate time table and called a local Hertz Rental shuttle to pick me up. While my car was being repaired I received daily updating the repairs. The repair was done quicker than quoted! The car was washed and no matter how much I scrutinized the previous damage, area , I could not find one flaw. I left the rental with Fix Auto Anaheim North feeling very valued as a customer and hoping all service industries could be as professional!
