Kaylee was an absolute pleasure to work with! I loved that she had bmw’s previously and understood what needed to be done. She went beyond my expectations in making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. She even helped me fix my stereo configuration which had bothered me since I purchased the vehicle. Even BMW was not able to figure that out . She is absolutely stellar with customer service and definitely a rare find nowadays! The work done on my car was extremely professional, meticulous and honestly better than what I started with even prior to the accident. I am happy to know a place that I can now trust for any other future bodywork needs. Bottom line would definitely recommend Fix Auto Bellevue to friends and family !!
