The repair was beautifully and perfectly done. The car was returned in sparkling condition. Our only wish was that it could have been completed sooner. We left the car on 9:10 and work was finished 9/26. Thankfully we did not need a car rental in that time period.

Upon picking up car I noticed overspray in two areas ..car was taken back in to have those buffed out. It was then noticed that 2 of the dents that were to be repaired were not. I was told by John that they would have guy call me who would repair the dents at my home ..I waited a week and no call ...called Fix again and was told there was I was supposed to call the guy to have the dents fixed ..and did I want his number again. I then explained that I was clear in asking if I would be called ASM was told by John at the time - "Yes, we need ensure payment is set up first with dent guy and then he would have him call me." I took the number for Ryan (dent guy) ..called him and left a voicemail. Hopefully he calls back and I don't have to keep following up. Not great experience overall.
