You did an awesome job on my car, which was only 5 months old when you repaired it. It looks brand new. I am so happy!! I have a suggestion though. You had my car longer than I was told you needed it. It would have been helpful for me to not have been without it for so long. I would have been happy to wait to drop it at your place until you had all the parts you knew beforehand that you needed. I would have been happy to have paid for them before the repair which would have committed me to having it repaired at your shop. Otherwise. I am totally satisfied and would recommend you highly.

Manuel Loya was a delight to work with and helped me get the correct quote for my customer-pay side of damages. The other advisor, Yuri, suggested a full quarter panel replacement but Manuel corrected that quote to only do the repair, saving me over 4k USD and ~1 months worth of time. I had denied Yuri’s initial assessment and wasn’t going to get the repairs done but it all changed after Manuel’s assessment
