My car was repaired efficiently and on time (even ahead of schedule). My insurance issues were resolved, and I was provided with a rental car, which I picked up and returned right where I dropped off my car. The service staff were very polite and answered all my questions and concerns. I will recommend your company to my friends and acquaintances if needed.

Everything went well to a point...Sadly, upon pick up, the employee who reviewed the completed work informed me that they noticed my vehicle was not aligned and he could not bill the insurance as the tires were not damaged. Oddly, after any accident you would expect alignment would likely be an issue and that service should have been included and billed to the insurance company. In a nutshell, they did not fix the alignment as it meant less money in their books...they failed to properly itemized the cost of the total repair when they submitted their bid to insurance company. Thus, instead of fixing the alignment as they should have, they told me because the tire was not damaged they could not run the repair through the insurance. In the end, the employee recommended I take my vehicle to my dealership and get it aligned. I know better now to be more aware in the future. Make sure your car's alignment is fixed, addressed and billed to the insurance company and don't let the collision company tell you they could not fix it because they could not justify the repair.
