The only suggestion that I would make: I understand why you give the maximum amount of time that the job might take, but I received a text on Wednesday saying that my car would be ready in about 9 days. In actuality, it was ready that day. It was stressful to read that text! Maybe there's a way of saying "up to a week" or something. I would have loved to know that it would be between 2 - 10 days or something like that. That's a suggestion, not a complaint. Again, everyone was great and it was so helpful to understand the process. Thank you!
