Car updates on extending time were sent out after the expected pick up or not at all. This caused me to return my rental before my car was ready because my time wasn’t updated on the website and I received no call. What was also upsetting is that they called the day before telling me my car would 100% be ready so it was really frustrating to arrive and have my car not be ready and not have any mode of personal transportation for a day.

Wonderful experience with Fix Auto. Everything from the amazing job they did fixing the truck to the customer service which was courteous, friendly and professional. They had great communication and even delivered my car in time me for my trip. The car was washed and repaired good as new and cleaned on the inside as well. Great team. Justine was able to make sure to take care of communication and get support with my car getting to us before my trip.

The fix itself was great, but the car seat and mirrors were all out of whack. It would be great to try to get them close to what they were originally. Other than that things were great!
