Your app texted updates about our car's status - they were incorrect. I called to confirm the car would be ready to pick up - we arrived, it was not ready. In fact, it had not even been started on. The app never updated the car's status, so I had to keep calling for updates. When I arrived to pick the car up, I was left waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes with interaction from any staff. And to add insult to injury, there is no wiper fluid in my car after picking it up.

People were friendly but communication was abysmal. Called to confirm that my car was ready, was told to come by the next day. Arrived the next day, my car hadn't even been started on. Did not receive any proactive updates on the status until the day after it was done, where I received two calls in a single morning. When I arrived (again) to pick it up, I waited unacknowledged in the waiting area for 10 minutes. When I eventually called to the back for help, I was told "I'm with another customer" and waited again for almost another 10 minutes.
