I just didn’t like the residual smoke which initially scared me so, immediately returned my car to the shop where I was assured that the smoke was not uncommon and would soon dissipate. The smoke disappeared during my short drive home to Oakland.

I unfortunately had someone try and steal my gas, they punctured my gas tank, it was a nightmare. Fix Auto was amazing and called me right when they received my car, their communication was absolutely amazing. I thought I wasn't going to get my car until after the holidays but they were able to get the part in one day and my car back to me the same day the part arrived. It was an amazing experience. I spoke to a few employees and had amazing communication with each one.

The only reason it’s not a 10 is that they lost my good set of keys (the one with the fob, house key, & my key chain). Otherwise they do great work!

As mentioned in my last comment, the shop's personnel did not do a good job with the initial estimate and they missed key damages to the car. Beyond that, the shop consistently did not contact me or give me updates of when items were ordered and when I can come in. I had to call to receive updates when updates should have been proactively communicated with me. Moreover, the staff member I spoke to on my last day at the shop was rude, impatient, and easily frustrated when I asked logical questions about the quote and insurance.
