I had a good experience with the overall Fix Auto service provided? The turnaround time from when the car was originally dropped off and repairs were completed was about 4 days. I thought this was impressive seeing that most large jobs were out about four months, and they were able to squeeze me in. I would highly recommend Fix Auto.

My contact was with Eugene who is very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions in detail and made sure that I understood everything. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all. He is a straightforward and trustworthy person to deal with and that made me feel comfortable. I’m very pleased with his service and professionalism. I also met Danielle, who is very polite, attentive, has a great personality and sense of humor. It was a pleasure to work with her. She took care of all of the paperwork and explained everything. Everyone else I met was polite and attentive as usual.
