First time using this shop and would come again/recommend to others. They offered to send a tow truck to come pick up my car which was much appreciated because I didn’t have to call around the city looking for an available driver. Tow truck took a little bit longer than the initial ETA, but when the driver got there he was very friendly and I felt my car was in safe hands. Yinmi Alas did a great job on my car repair. Appreciated the text notifications providing updates on the repair process.

Eugene was very available, helpful and supportive from the very first phone conversation. I really appreciate it. I also thought the woman in the office was very nice. They stayed in touch with me all along through the process. I was happily surprised at the extra bonus of my car getting washed and vacuumed which it badly needed!
