The communication was good. The repair took a little longer than quoted. I was told that itd be do e on Thursday if I dropped off on Monday, which I did. It took longer than quoted and I had to leave town, meaning I couldnt pick it up until I got back in town. I incurred about an additional $175 in rental car charges because of this. The main damage was repaired flawlessly. I also requested that the front bumper trim that had been popped out be popped back in place. That wasn’t performed, which is unfortunate.

Fix Auto Berkeley staff was very helpful and attentive during repairs. Yinmi (Jimmy) made sure to address all of my concerns. They even took my vehicle back a second time due to fix up little details on the car. I would recommend this auto shop to everyone because they make sure to answer all your questions and make sure you are satisfied with their service.
