The car looked like new. Excellent job on the paint job, too. Thank you for cleaning and waxing the car. If there is one disappointment we could express, it’s that the car was extremely dusty. Perhaps more care can be taken to keep the dust out or at least to clean the interior before returning the vehicle. Thank you

They also reattached the back bumper that was loose, (not from the recent accident), and removed the sticky tape marks from the tape we were using to hold it on.

Excellent quality work! Great staff. Surprised by the 25% increase in charges from the estimate despite their warnings that actual charges might go higher.

Kept up to date regularly on progress. However, they lost track at the end of telling me that they could not find a part and complete the work within the projected time - so I was surprised at the end by the necessary extension.
