Exceptionally professional in every aspect. Each member of the team took extra care in making sure every aspect of the repair process was handled perfectly. I was notified by text often to keep me apprised of the repair status. Fit, finish, color match and surface smoothness of repaired/replaced parts (all OEM parts) is excellent. The paintless dent repair of the hood is superb. Not a trace of the dent and perfect original paint surface. Amazing job and a warranty that cannot be beat. Thank you

The team is great - very nice, good at communication, etc. My dissatisfaction comes from the lack of hood repair. Without question, 100% certain, the damage to my hood was caused by the same accident, but neither State Farm nor Fix could identify this. I used to work for Honda corporate and had a chief structural engineer of the car weigh in, and he agrees with me. I'll take it up with State Farm.
