Eugene was very friendly and helpful when I first brought my car in. However, I had to bug Fix after to get updates on my car and find out when the work would be complete. I did not receive the link to see the status of my repair until after I gotten it back a week and a half later. Fix could improve their communication with customers to keep them more in the loop.
