In general, very prompt. There was a point though where I had to call to see what was going on after a couple of days of silence. Also, would have been nice if paperwork was ready when I picked up my car, since I told you when I was coming. Had to sit through 20 minutes of searching, collecting, and signing things.

I found this shop by accident and got an estimate while visiting Berkeley on business from Monterey I got a very good feeling about the place and decided it was the right one for me after looking for a while. Eugene the owner is a great guy easy to work with and on top of it. My car was ready when they said it would be and attention to detail much appreciated. Staff very helpful. They did a great job. I would reccomend this shop.
