Five days after getting the car, it appears Fix Auto did a good job on the repair. The vehicle looks good and runs well. Just as we hoped! Fix has a communications system that needs a little work. There was lots of communication when the work was moving along, but then slowed when the promised pick up approached. Rather than communicating with me about the need for extra time to fix a particularly damaged part, I had to call to see if the car was ready the day it was promised. After the conversation, the coms system was updated. This happened again the following week. Just let the customer know what’s going on with a call or text! It makes it all much easier. Fix Auto, excellent work. That’s most important. Still, a need to improve coms.

The quality of care involved in the estimating process was great, the work itself turned out excellent, though there were some frustrating miscommunications between the staff about what work had been agreed to, but the owner took care of everything and delivered the vehicle in person, so at the end of the day I’m a very satisfied customer

I'd use them again and recommend them, my only reservation is that the boss's standards seemed higher than employees, but that's often the case.

The experience with Eugene was excellent from start to finish. The quote and conversation about repairs made me trust him and the shop completely. Miscommunication among employees led to some temporary frustration later, but in the end the quality of work was excellent.
