I generally don’t write reviews but this business is top-tier and deserving of recognition. I was skeptical in going to a business recommended by my insurance company, but I did it because the work gets guaranteed by the ins company. The location is like most spots, although, slightly smaller and unimpressive. Looks can be deceiving. Everything was impressive. After completing the paperwork, Yammi greeted me. He spent at least 30-40 minutes reviewing the damage and address all my concerns - I had a lot. I was very concerned that my car would be totaled due to the age of the vehicle. He assured me it would all be ok and would call me if there were any red flags. I felt much better after I left that day. What I like about Auto Fix is the level of service. You always know what is happening with your car. You get constant texts updates and occasionally a call from Justine. Never once did I have to call them for a status update. They went above and beyond. They repaired items that needed tending to that my own mechanic and dealership ignored (I should give them a review-lol). I was not charge extra. They finished 4 days a head of schedule. I was out of town. Yimmi and Justine called me to let me know the car was read. Justine coordinated the pickup with my family member. Justine is attentive, kind and funny Days later, I had to go back (scheduled) to have tire they ordered installed. I had more questions/concerns and again, Yimmi addressed them. Having an accident is jarring and dealing with the aftermath - insurance and repairs - is unsettling. The moment I dropped of my care to Auto Fix, I was at peace. And when I saw the end results I was elated. I highly recommend them for your job (big or small). They are good people. (Types from my phone. Please over look an typos or auto-correct errors)

First of all, Eugene welcomed me on Friday, looking at my Honda CRV & explaining how to fix my right rear fender. Eugene scheduled me an appointment for this coming Tuesday. Yinmi fixed my car in less than 2 hours, and did a great job! He followed up by talking to me about the work he had done when I came back to pick it up. The charge was something I could afford, and I am so thankful to Eugene for his estimate ( verbal) and all the pics he took of my car & the time he spent with me. Justine accompanied me to see how the car was fixed and was helpful & friendly. Also, even the guy who retrieved my CRV from where it was parked, is efficient & nice. Thank you Fix Auto Berkeley team for taking good care of your customers!

Fix Auto has become a trusted go to for body work and paint. They repaired minor, but tricky work on my Porsche and AMG A45 and both times their paint looked better than the factory's. I'm a high end product designed and in my youth detailed exotic cars. High quality paint and prep I KNOW. Reasonable prices, great quality work and their staff, like Yimmee who checked me in, are all outstanding. Thanks Fix. A rare value.

The main thing is my gas gauge that shows how many miles are left is not working. It was working when I dropped off the car the gauge that shows whether the car gas is full or not from empty to fold that is working. Also, there’s leftover wax or something on the top of my car where the racks are

They returned it with the AC not working and a bunch of trash from the repair in the trunk. If I return, I'd love some kind of coupon or discount. Ultimately though, they fixed the car, which I appreciated.
