Everything was perfect from the time I checked in until I picked up my car a week later. The work was excellent and you can’t even tell where the damage was. The retailer did a fantastic job on the car and the pick up was quick and easy.

Paul was a pleasure to work with. Gave regular text updates. And when I went to pick up my car, he explained what was done for the repair and answered all my questions. Also helps there is a lifetime warranty for the repairs! Was very happy!

Very friendly and professional staff. I was disappointed by the 3 day delays as I had surgery scheduled, however Fix was not responsible for delays from parts provider. They provided good updates. I was delighted that they arranged to deliver my car to me and they returned my rental. Bravo for good recovery!

Although the repair took longer than anticipated and impacted my schedule (there was a shipping delay on replacement parts) the team was very professional and responsive. Due to schedule conflicts created by the delay they delivered my car to me and returned the rental car for me. Excellent service!
