The staff were generally polite and professional, so I don't have major complaints about their attitude or customer service. However, the accuracy of the repair timeline was very poor. I was initially told the car would be ready in two weeks, but after that I was repeatedly told “just one more week.” This happened multiple times, and in the end it took about a month and a half before I got my car back. They really need to do a much better job of providing realistic and reliable completion timelines.

Hello there. Took my 2025 gmc sierra for repairs and Ashley took care of me from beginning to end. Julio also contacted me with estimates and the process. The team very professional and fast. Best part you can leave your rental there and they will take care of the rest. I Will recommend shop.
