Also though, my car started hard when we picked it up. Drove to drop off the rental car an when I can back out it had a dead battery. Had to ask for a jump start. Once a battery goes that low it does not ever fully recover.

I would never use the shop if I were paying for it. A very minor ding cost about 1/3 of my cars value. Crazy.

The first time I brought my car here, it would have been a 10. Everything was perfect and went smoothly. This last time I took my car, I had to return it because the left side lights went out due to routing issue, and the bulb that was replaced was left in the grooves of my trunk, which resulted in me having to class up glass out of the grooves.
