I am pretty happy with the service, going above and beyond on communication and letting me know what’s going on. Not sure about the vehicles “health” after the crash as I have only driven it twice since picking it up, but as far as appearances go, looks like nothing happened.

I’ve been coming to Fix Auto DV for a while now with different vehicles and there’s no one I trust more than Brad with my car. This experience though has definitely left me questioning my judgement. I had to bring my car back after they said it was done for the following: Paint didn’t match. Clips were missing. Incorrect clips were put in causing a piece from underneath the car to come off during driving. They got overspray on all of my windows. (Even after bringing it back they still did not fully remove it.) They attempted to repair a wheel which when I got it still had damage on it and had to be replaced. My driver side door guards were not replaced after being removed. My driver doors one touch unlock functions stopped working when they returned it to me. When they removed my radiator for repairs they didn’t bother refilling the fluids to the proper levels leaving it dangerously low causing my car to recently overheat. To me it’s clearly the person who physically worked on my car is the problem. Brad did a great job like he’s always done and the only reason I would ever think of possibly coming back is for him but I would need to be assured that whomever worked on my car does not touch any car I bring in the future. One issue is a bad day this is inexcusable that no one caught these things.
