Although it was a fairly minor repair, my truck was returned in 2 days instead of the 3 I planned on. Communication with Jan was outstanding. Almost new facility that was spotless. Truck was clean when I picked it up. Can’t say enough about an unfortunate accident that FIX helped smooth over seamlessly!

My repair was due to someone hitting my parked car so communication between the other party's insurance company and Fix Auto. I received rare updates and communication from the insurance company but Jan at Fix Auto kept me up to date every step of the way. I hope to not need their services again, especially anytime soon but if I do, I would be happy to come back to Fix Auto. My car is good as new!

To be honest, I chose Fix Auto out of convenience because they are in the same parking lot my car was hit in which happens to be the same parking lot I work in but I am a very happy customer. Jan kept me up to date at all times with my repair and I hardly heard anything from the insurance company. I hope to not need to go back anytime soon but if I do, I plan on returning to Fix Auto.

The employees are phenomenal. The kept me informed on the progress of my cars repair. They showed me everything that they did and when my car was completed they informed me and cleaned it up really well. Great customer service. They are very knowledgeable on repair work.
