I really like this place and have used them repeatedly and have recommended several friends there, who have liked the place. If I had to pick on them, I'd suggest it's weird to have such a politically charged tv station on in the lobby. Not always a good idea to have on something to blatantly partisan in this day and age. People will make assumptions.

The only reason I don't call it a ten is because it took about a week longer than was originally expected and I didn't get any updates to explain that it might take some extra days. I had a vehicle to use, but I was starting to wonder....

I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. Steven and the rest of the staff were friendly and kept me updated throughout the repair. Their team did an amazing job and even cleaned the interior floor mats. Will come here again in the future!

My car has been in your shop for over a month and it is still not fixed. I have told two different times that my car was ready for pick up but when I arrived I found that the damage had not yet been fixed. Sorry to say that Alan who is in charge of this project does not seem very interested in making sure the repair is done right. No communication. Over promising and under delivering. I feel bad for the other employees who have had to try to help me even though this is not their responsibility.

Hi Steven Sorry, our family is having a round of Covid for the past 10 days. So I haven’t had a chance to go over everything. We did notice that the windows are not working. The SYNC system may need to be restarted. I’m pretty good at electrical stuff, but if I can’t figure it out, I’ll let you know. I just haven’t had a chance to look at it due to illness.
