Although they dropped the ball by providing me with accurate service updates, however they redeemed themselves by providing a loaner car. The truck looks great at this point. Larry was helpful and provided personal updates when he was there. The problem occurred when he was out of the office. The automated update feature is a good idea but sucks when it doesn't provide accurate info.
