Fix Auto surprised me a did a great job through the entire process. I expected good things based on their reviews, but they truly did a fantastic job. Their communication during the estimate process was top notch. They also made sure that my rental would be there to minimize the downtime between dropping off my car and getting back on the road. Their communication during the service process was also top notch, including daily updates. My car was completed on time, perhaps even a little early, and it looks like new again. Their communication was excellent during pickup in ascertaining that I understood the work that was done and how their warranty works. What impressed me most was that during the pickup, while they could have handed me my keys and let me go, they were not satisfied that my car was not *completely* clean. It was clean, but they wanted to make sure I left with it spotless. They asked first and made sure I had 5 minutes, and they took it back in their shop and re-washed it for me. It looks like they even cleaned the inside a little bit, but Im not certain on that. I hope to not need a body shop again, but if I do, I will likely return here. At the very least, I would recommend others to come here.

Thank you for the amazing job you did to put my Santa Fe back together after mice chewed the engine harness to pieces! You and your team were kind, very helpful and accommodating as you set up having my car towed to your shop as it was no longer safe to drive (per the dealership). You kept me updated regularly and finished the job a week earlier than anticipated! I cannot thank you enough for the fine job you did for me and my family… well done!
