My entire experience with Fix Auto-Fox Valley was impeccable. Everyone I spoke to was gracious and very helpful. Linda, at the front desk explained everything clearly and in a very friendly manner. John and Steven assessed the damage done to my car thoroughly, and they clearly explained the work that was needed. I was given a complete, written description of all the work done to my car along with a written warranty, which was thoroughly explained to me. My car was impeccable when I picked it up. All the work was done with expertise. My car was thoroughly cleaned both outside and inside. It looked like it had been detailed, and my car looked brand new. I am thoroughly pleased with the expert skills of everyone at Fix Auto. John De Nicolo maintains his shop with the highest standards possible. I recommend Fix Auto to everyone!
