Great work but it’s the small details really. Passenger bumper is unclipped. My drivers side light is half dimmed when I drive at night.

The driver’s side light is half dim, seems like it’s not even bright in the night time while I drive. Also, my passenger side bumper is unclipped. Even though I was hit on my drivers side bumper. Took 6 weeks to repair. And I received this type of repair. At this point I’m glad I have my car but I am not happy.

I don’t understand why my text/picture was dismissed. As it turned out the car only needed the catalytic converter, the part they had from the beginning, at the initial call.

I was told that you had the catalytic converter but the muffler needed to be ordered which might take months. I asked Gary to look at pictures I had sent via text because the car didn’t need a muffler. End result Months later (without a car) without a call, I called and the ball got rolling, the car was repaired in a day! Too bad no one took the time to review that text.

Gary, Was straight up right from the get-go. He knows what he is talking about, and will not give you back your vehicle until he is completely satisfied with his work. I had gone to two other shops and they were not friendly, helpful, or wanted the work. He cares and he gets it. I will go back if I ever have to in the future. I have found my place. Christian

As for the leadership there, I would give it a ten. But then the leadership did not check the work before I showed up for the delivery. So, that factors in.

The repairs are very well done, slightly off, noticeable with alignment and color.

The customer service team gets a 10. The guys who didn't put the car together get a 4. It's a good thing that I put things back in the trunk, otherwise I'd be missing pieces of the car and the the stereo amp.
