Was told that I was going to be done in a week and a half and it took over two weeks. I know it was not their fault because they had a hard time finding the auto parts. At least that’s what I was told..

There was some miscommunication between the personnel, the insurance and the shop I was told mine insurance was considered in my car. A total loss and my insurance had a proof for my car to be repaired.
