The communication with the shop was little to none, I had to continue to reach out to them for weekly updates. The vans were picked up the beginning of June and are now barely coming back in September . The damages on all 10 vans were minimal damages and nothing severe .

I would have to mention these caveats when recommending. To some folk, this is no biggie, but to me, these are important details.

This is the third time I've used you to repaint or repair my vehicle. While I am pleased with the paint color used in the repaint, I continually discover little "misses" in the job quality: An over-spray here and there from improper masking, little imperfections in the paint from dust or other pollutants in the paint, and in the most recent repair, a rather frustrating repeat of small parts missing in the reassembly process and not caught by your shop. I am presently waiting for a piece of door window trim that must be ordered from Mazda. Previously, a mud flap failed to find its way back on the car after repair and painting. You're very accommodating and apologetic, and it all eventually works out; but, should not have to make trips back to correct issues that should be caught before the car is ready to be picked up. Every time.

I had a great experience at Fix Auto Collision. Eddie and Frank were professional, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. The shop exceeded my expectations by delivering my rental and personal vehicle directly to my workplace, which made everything incredibly convenient. Oscar was also friendly and professional.
