The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the cover for my spare tire was not in the car. I had to go back there and Charles went to find it. It apparently it was just sitting somewhere in the shop. If it hadn’t been found you were going to have to get me one from Honda.

Huge shoutout to Mr. Charles Jung at Fix Auto Interbay! This was my first ever experience dealing with a car repair claim, and he made the entire process with Repwest insurance completely seamless. Mr. Charles Jung is incredibly professional, highly communicative, and strictly insists on quality—he even made sure to get me a brand-new OEM door instead of cutting corners. The car was repaired and painted beautifully ahead of schedule. When I noticed a minor alignment tweak needed right after pickup, he had me bring it straight back to perfect it on the spot. Amazing service from start to finish—I couldn't be happier with how the car looks!
