It was good in most ways but as is usual it took longer than estimated. Which I expected. The issue I have is that when they knew that it would b longer they should have informed me and when I did call four times and they said they would call back they didn't. They just kept telling me why it was taking longer. They just need to keep the client informed so we can plan our time better and not be held hostage to their whatever schedule. Otherwise they were pleasant and the car looks greAt
