took 2 full days to get me an estimate, did not find the damage to the frame, do not have the required bench & clamp to fix the frame and had the nerve to charge me $610 for "storage" for 3 nights while i was arranging towing to a qualified shop. Said the insurance would pay the fee & this was normal. Scam if you ask me. I used to be a customer for 15 years-will NEVER go back!
