Almost everything that needed to be repaired was taken care of. The body of the car looked pristine. For the parts that could not be serviced, Charles was transparent about it, even for some dings that could not be fixed.

I highly recommend Fix Auto Bay. After being involved in a hit and run, Charles made the entire process completely seamless and took a huge weight off my shoulders. From the moment I walked in, Charles took the time to truly understand my situation. Not in a "I just want your money" kind of way, but with genuine care. He got straight to the details, and because I didn't want to deal with the insurance headache, he handled everything directly with my insurance company to ensure I got the best repair possible. I really appreciate how communicative he was throughout the repair duration. He sent automated texts to let me know when to expect when my car would be ready. When I picked up my car, Charles personally walked me through the before and after, so I could see exactly what his team had done. They even vacuumed my carpets, a small touch that meant a lot!
