Inconsistent communication. Good notification on initial replacement parts receipt. But no communication about additional clips and brackets needed to complete repairs. I had to initiate contact twice because no call back. This resulted in my having to rent a vehicle for an additional week to accommodate extended repair time.

A first rate organization! My first interaction on the phone with Charles was respectful, informative, efficient, and he was patient with my questions. When went into the shop, I was very pleasantly greeted and again treated with respect. The environment was comfortable to be in as the office was quite organized and clean. Again there was a sense of efficiency as I observed the workers. While my car repair need was relatively minor, it was a big deal to a single 81 year old woman. I was very satisfied with the work done. The service and personal treatment was outstanding. Over all, I highly recommend this shop.
