I had a phenomenal experience at fix auto repair. Car was fixed quickly. Charles helped me get my rental set up after there was a misunderstanding that I'm very appreciative he helped me get taken care of so I could get back to work on time. If I need any body work done on my car I will 100% always go here.

Everything was phenomenal in terms of service. My car looks brand new and they were incredible about updating me almost daily with what stage of repairs they were in which I greatly appreciated. At the end they even cleaned my car on the inside and outside which was an added bonus. Hopefully my car never needs repairs like this again, but if it does I’ll most definitely come back to Fix Auto Interbay. :)

There were multiple communication misses, including not receiving return phone calls when told that I would, switching between methods of communication (e.g., email and voicemail) when I was told to use email as the best form of communication, and misalignment between what the automated notices sent and what was actually going on with my repair.
