I had a great experience with Fix Auto Interbay. Though I admit I wish I hadn’t had to visit an auto body shop, and I hope I never do again, the shop did a fantastic job. My car looks fabulous. Charles was professional, personable and highly communicative. I originally chose the shop due to high reviews online, and I can say I was not disappointed. The shop also managed to get my car finished within a week, even with a holiday! All around very impressed.

Dear Fix Auto, I was returning my car on a warranty issue from bubbling paint I spoke with Charlie and did an inspection with him at his Seattle location. Charlie did an amazing job of doing all the things that were necessary. Charlie was attentive to my problems and did everything possible to begin the repairs in my car do the whole process. He was professional when above and beyond by reaching out to me to be sure that I was happy with every situation that we were in it was always available every time I reached out. Charlie was amazing in this process. I feel that Charlie ended up being the conduit that help me through this repair and without him I do not feel like that it would’ve gone as well. He is an asset. He’s an amazing manager of his shop. He accomplished everything he said he was gonna accomplish with my car. My car is in great shape. Now they detailed my car in which I understand that is part of your process, but as I drove home and looked at the attention to detail that his company took I smiled and reached out and said thank you so much for detailing my car also. I am so thankful for Seattle Fix Auto their crew and Charlie’s leadership. If you look back I did a a follow up questionnaire when I had to work done initially in Anaheim and I was very unhappy. I had to send my car back three times and here it turned out that I needed to have it redone also and Charlie did an amazing job and he made this a little more simple for me and my family. I would now recommend Fix Auto to others and previous to dealing with Charlie shop. I would’ve never recommended this to anybody. Great job Charlie and your Seattle office. I was very thankful for all the work Charlie had done and the way he stepped up and took over the project as if it was his own. I had had many problems the first time getting my car repaired and needed some warranty work basically done because the paint had peeled. Charlie stepped in, was diligent about responding to me taking care of the project and managing his crew promptly and to complete the car and did a great job. I am 100% satisfied with the work that Charlie put in and his crew and I’m extremely satisfied at Charlie’s ability to go above and beyond to make me happy I’ve been having a lot of family problems and he alleviated a problem that I didn’t need to deal with by being such a good customer service and taking care of the product I appreciate Interbay Fix Auto for their work and Charlie’s due diligence to take care of a problem that was not created by him. Thank you very much and I I would recommend anybody to go to Fix Auto inerbay. Thank you.

Really appreciated the communication regarding status of the repairs. I never felt a need to call the shop because of the constant updates. FIX Auto always kept me informed and in the end - delivered the goods. They did a great job repairing my car and I would trust them again in a minute. Charles and his crew are the best!
