While the customer service and quality of the body work was good, handing the car over with a loose front tire and disconnect front headlight is not good.

The quality of the body work was good. But on my drive home from the shop, the driver's front tire lug nuts were so loose that the tire was wobbling on the studs. Also later that night I found out the driver headlamp assembly was unplugged.
