I used rhis shop when it owned by another company. I decided to give fix a try. I had a 3 inch gouge on the door of my new truck. They made the repair in a timely manor. Best of all you can't tell there was ever an issue. I am a very picky person, I was more than satisfied with the repair.

The door gap and fender were not flush (had to fix), There was clear coat overspray on the windshield (I had to fix), there was tape left under the car (I had to remove), the hood gap to fender was off (I had to fix), the shop didn't order the mirror like I asked when I dropped the car off resulting in taking another week that was not planned. Original finish date was supposed to be Friday 7/19/23 then it was pushed to 7/23 then to 7/25 and then final day was 7/26 at 10:00am pickup. Well when I called and it was not ready so they said come in at 5:00pm which I mentioned I need it by 3:00pm and when I showed up to pickup the car was being cleaned. All this could have been avoided if the mirror was ordered when I asked at the time of drop off. a 2 week project turned into 3 weeks and a day becuase the plastic door guards were not installed like they said they would be and a company had to come to my house on 7/29/24 to install. Just a side note. The mirror was having issues moving when we picked it up. Not sure if this will be an issue in the future.

I was very happy with the repair work. The time it took to get the correct parts was the only thing I was slightly disappointed with. That added an extra week plus to the repair. Where I had to rent a car for another week. I recommend Lloyds Collision center for any and all car repairs! Thank You Keith Cheek
